AG-GENTECH — Bakewell App

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Bakewell app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bakewell is a recipe card app that lets you create, organize, and share recipes. The App offers free features and optional paid subscriptions:

• Bakewell+ — $4.99/year (auto-renewing annual subscription). Includes Cook Mode, Pantry tracking, Shopping List, and What Can I Make.
• AI Chef — $1.99/month (auto-renewing monthly subscription). Includes all Bakewell+ features plus AI-powered recipe generation (up to 30 per day).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you create. By publishing a recipe to the Gathering (public feed), you grant AG-GENTECH a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. You may delete published recipes at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content
• Post spam, misleading information, or phishing links
• Share another person's private information without their consent
• Post recipes or instructions intended to cause harm
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience

6. Content Moderation

We review all reported content within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms or our Community Standards will be removed. Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal via the Support page within the app.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the App. Deletion removes your profile, published recipes, friends, and all associated data from our servers. Local recipes stored on your device are not affected.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AG-GENTECH is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated recipes. Always use your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding food allergies and safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG-GENTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
